Licences and memberships

APS:

• Holds a Consumer Credit Licence No. 0608377
• Is a member of the Electronic Money Association (EMA) – which is the trade body for electronic money issuers and payment institutions (www.e-ma.org/)

AFL:

• Is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) as an Electronic Money Institution (ELMI) – AFL's status can be viewed on the FSA's register at www.fsa.gov.uk/register/. This means that we’re licensed to issue prepaid cards and provide e-money solutions.
• Is a principal member of MasterCard^® International Incorporated – with the capability to issue prepaid MasterCard cards in the UK and throughout 36 European countries. We also comply with the rules and standards set by MasterCard’s Member Service Providers (MSPs)
