The Directors
Jim Jones, Chairman
Jim has over 30 years of executive banking experience with Citicorp, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Providian Financial. Jim currently serves on the boards of E-Loan, Merchant e-Solutions and Comdata Bank (in formation) and has previously served on the boards of Visa (USA), Signio (purchased by Verisign), Bank of America NA (card bank) and BA Merchant Services (NYSE listed, repurchased by Bank of America). He has also been a member of advisory boards with MasterCard and Fannie Mae.
Rich Wagner, Chief Executive Officer
Rich is founder and CEO of Advanced Payment Solutions Ltd. Rich has 20 years of card experience, including specific experience in launching and managing high-growth payment card businesses in the UK and US. Prior to APS he was an Executive Director in the creation and sale of a major UK card portfolio within just three years of operation.
Stephen Galasso, Director
Stephen has 20 years of card experience including time as CEO of Bank of America's Credit Card Company. He recently held the position of Chairman and CEO at Netspend, one of the most successful and profitable prepaid card companies in the US.
Donald Dixon, Director
Don is co-founder and Managing Director of Trident Capital. Don has been an investor in Verifone, BankAmerica Merchant Services, Affiliated Computer Services, CSG Systems, Inc., Signio (sold to Verisign) and Merchant e-Solutions.
