Robin Dear has over 25 years experience of managing finance functions of which the last 12 years have been in senior director level roles. His career has spanned a company turnaround for an equity backed management buyout to a head finance position with Citibank.
Najlaa Taqi-Eddin, Sales & Marketing Director
Najlaa Taqi-Eddin has over 16 years of consumer financial services experience both in the UK and US, two of the most developed consumer finance markets in the world. She also has over 12 years experience in marketing with expertise in cards, loans, mortgages and insurance. Najlaa has held a number of senior director level positions in the UK including Marketing Director, Managing Director, and has been an FSA approved person for over 8 years. She has worked for a number of Blue Chip companies including Barclaycard and GE Money; as well as successfully setting up and managing a start-up company in the UK which sold for a 20% premium.
Gary Chase, Operations and IT Director
Gary Chase has over 15 years experience of IT delivery within financial services, with 8 of these in the payment card industry. He has worked for a variety of UK Blue Chip companies in senior management roles including Barclaycard and Aviva as well as niche players such as UnumProvident and Providian.
