Robin Dear, Finance Director

Robin Dear has over 25 years experience of managing finance functions of which the last 12 years have been in senior director level roles. His career has spanned a company turnaround for an equity backed management buyout to a head finance position with Citibank.

Najlaa Taqi-Eddin, Sales & Marketing Director

Najlaa Taqi-Eddin has over 16 years of consumer financial services experience both in the UK and US, two of the most developed consumer finance markets in the world. She also has over 12 years experience in marketing with expertise in cards, loans, mortgages and insurance. Najlaa has held a number of senior director level positions in the UK including Marketing Director, Managing Director, and has been an FSA approved person for over 8 years. She has worked for a number of Blue Chip companies including Providian Financial (now Washington Mutual), Barclaycard and GE Money; as well as successfully setting up and managing a start-up company in the UK which sold for a 20% premium.

Steve Cox, Operations Director

Steve Cox has almost 20 years operations experience in the financial services industry. His roles have included the management of in-house, outsourced and offshore contact centres, support teams, and risk functions. As well as being involved in setting up business start-ups, he has held senior management roles at SITEL Corporation, Providian Financial and Barclays.

Gary Chase, IT Director

Gary Chase has over 15 years experience of IT delivery within financial services, with 8 of these in the payment card industry. He has worked for a variety of UK Blue Chip companies in senior management roles including Barclaycard and Aviva as well as niche players such as UnumProvident and Providian.

Philip Harrison, Business Development Director

Philip has more than 20 years of experience in banking and card services with director-level business development positions at Visa International, Western Union International Bank, ACI and Accenture, with responsibility for business in EMEA, Eastern Europe and the Russian Federation.
