Cashplus is issued by is issued by APS Financial Ltd or Broadcastle Bank, who hold the cardholder deposits for cashplus on behalf of APS. Broadcastle Bank Ltd and APS Financial Ltd are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, registered number 463355. The bank's status can be viewed on the FSA's register at www.fsa.gov.uk/register/.
