cashplus is issued by APS Financial Ltd (AFL), and cardholder funds are held in trust by the Royal Bank of Scotland. APS Financial Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, registered in England no. 06029941. AFL's status can be viewed on the FSA's register at www.fsa.gov.uk/register/.
