Rich Wagner, Chief Executive Officer
Rich is founder and CEO of AFL, as well as APS. Rich has 20 years of card experience, including specific experience in launching and managing high-growth payment card businesses in the UK and US. Prior to APS he was an Executive Director in the creation and sale of a major UK card portfolio within just three years of operation.
Robin Dear, Finance Director
Robin Dear has over 25 years experience of managing finance functions of which the last 12 years have been at senior director level in business and consumer organisations key roles. His career has spanned a company turnaround for an equity backed management buyout to a Vice President Finance position with Citibank.
He is the Finance Director of AFL and APS.
