APS Financial Limited (AFL) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. As an Electronic Money Licence holder it will issue prepaid cards and provide e-money solutions.
AFL, is a wholly owned subsidiary of APS and has secured Principle Member status for the issuance of MasterCard®, Maestro® and Cirrus® prepaid cards.
Business partners and customers will benefit from the integrated AFL and APS management team, with products serviced by the APS team of specialists. AFL will aim to deliver programmes to market quickly, explore new market sectors and seek to issue innovative new products.
