Co-op Banking

The Co-operative Bank is part of the UK’s largest consumer co-operative with some 6.5 million members offering a broad range of financial services and products. The banking arm has uniquely ethical policies designed in conjunction with its members and has won the prestigious Financial Times award as ‘The World’s Most Sustainable Bank’.

The bank facilitates with APS the ability to load funds via the 10,000 branches of the Post Office. APS has also developed with the Co-operative, a convenient and fast bank load capability by providing the customer with a sort code and bank account number that is linked to the customers card account.

Post Office

Customers can top up their Cashplus prepaid cards with cash at any of the 12,000 UK Post Office^® branches for free.

FIS (previously Metavante): Card processor

FIS delivers banking and payments technologies to more than 14,000 financial institutions and businesses in more than 100 countries worldwide. FIS provides financial institution core processing, and card issuer and transaction processing services.

RBS Group

Via the RBS FX Micropay service, our customers are able to benefit from, and access a leading edge, integrated foreign currency service, enabling instant on-line purchase and sale of currencies at highly competitive rates.

Mellon Romania

Founded in 2001, Mellon Romania is a subsidiary of Mellon technologies and a member of the Mellon Group of companies. Mellon Romania provides us with an efficient call centre service from the heart of Bucharest.

Thames Card Technology: Card manufacturer

Thames is the largest independent manufacturer of plastic cards in the UK. It provides an integrated service which includes card manufacture, personalisation and distribution.

Thames is accredited to produce cards for VISA and MasterCard and has an exclusive UK partnership with SAGEM to support chip and PIN personalisation. It is fully EMV (EuroCard, MasterCard, VISA) certified and supports all aspects of EMV cryptographic management.
