APS Financial Ltd: issuing bank
APS Financial Limited (AFL) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. As an Electronic Money Licence Institution it issues prepaid cards and provides e-money solutions.
AFL is a wholly owned subsidiary of APS and has secured Principal Member status for the issuance of MasterCard, Maestro and Cirrus prepaid cards.

Thames Card Technology: card manufacturer
Thames is the largest independent manufacturer of plastic cards in the UK. It provides an integrated service which includes card manufacture, personalisation and distribution.
Thames is accredited to produce Visa and MasterCard and has an exclusive UK partnership with SAGEM to support chip and PIN personalisation. It is fully EMV (EuroCard, MasterCard, VISA) certified and supports all aspects of EMV cryptographic management.

Reload network
APS was the first prepaid card company to offer cardholders the option of reloading at any UK Post Office® branch. Our cardholders can now load funds on to their cards FREE of charge at any one of 14,000 Post Office branches throughout the UK. Cardholders can also load funds on to their cards instantly at over 700 retail outlets and over 5,000 e-pay outlets.
